Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
All online order returns, refunds, and exchanges must be made through our returns process.
Due to the nature of custom on-demand printed and manufactured orders, we can not generally accept returns of those specifically. In some cases, such as misprints, errors in manufacturing, or other reasonable requests, we will work with you.
Health/Wellness items may not be returned for any reason.
To begin the return exchange or refund process, please email our customer service support team at returns@eternalgoldengifts.com. Provide your Name, Order Number, Picture of the defective product/incorrect item, and reason for the request.
As soon as we receive the request, our customer service team will review the order and provide feedback within 24 to 48 hours.
Once the order is approved for return/refund, our team will send a return label to the email or mailing address on file.
Package your return using the return label from our customer service team and drop with the appropriate shipping company. Do not send returns to the original manufacturer or sender’s address.
You will be notified when your return has been received at our warehouse.
Once notified, you may choose:
A refund of your original payment form that usually posts within 3 to 5 business days. Or a replacement identical product, which takes 3 business days for processing and additional time for shipping.
We charge a 30% restocking fee for any accepted returned custom items.
We offer refunds if you meet the following:
You have emailed or spoken to and received an authorized response and label for your return. Our warehouse receives items in the same condition as those sent to you, and we accept them using the return label our customer service representatives provided.
Returned to Sender
If you provide the wrong address and your order is returned to us by the mail carrier, we will reship provided you pay a shipping and handling fee. If you choose not to have us reship the order, we will refund you. This refund will be less original shipping costs, priority processing, or other fees associated with that point. There is a 30% restocking fee.
Tracking Discrepancy
If your tracking number states your order was delivered, we have to rely on the tracking number. However we will work with you provided you provide a claim ID from the post office. Once validated it, as soon as the review is complete, we will be sending a replacement.
Undeliverables
For packages that are refused by the manufacturer or lost, damaged, or destroyed by the postal carrier, we can provide a 50% store credit towards a new item. At that time, we will inquire regarding the correct address. Please provide the correct address, and we will reship the order to the same address free of charge. If you want to change the address, you must pay shipping and handling fees.
Order Cancellation
All of our products are printed on demand, especially for each customer at the time that they order. Because of this, we can only cancel or modify orders within the first 12 hours after purchase. Apparel, Mugs, and Ornaments orders cannot be canceled or modified.
Clearance Items
Items sold on clearance cannot be returned or refunded. Also, those items may include something other than the original packaging. We make no guarantees about the condition of these items.
Warranties
Our standard refund and replacement policy lasts 30 days from the date your tracking number shows your order was delivered. If 60 days have passed since your purchase was received, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.
International Shipping
Customs, Duties, Taxes, and charges are not included in our base price. This is a shopper’s responsibility as each country has different Custom Duties and Laws of Taxation.
Other notes:
A 30-day money-back guarantee exists for all purchased items within the returnable categories. These items also incur a 30% restocking fee. We will issue the refund once these have been received and processed. The refund may take 3-5 business days to post to your account. Refrain from sending your purchase back to the address from which it came.
Unworn or unwashed merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original order date if accompanied by original tags and packaging.
